Get together??? - Eileen Houston(Smith)
There are only three replies from my last posting...
We have already missed getting together on the 8th and I think it is too late to plan something for the 15th.
Is anyone up for mid January sometime???
I will organize EVERYTHING... I just will need a head count.
I thought dinner, drinks and dancing!!!
It will be fun, I promise!!!

I think I'm going to be in BA for the holiday from the 21st through the 25th.
I'll be out on the evening of the 21st and 22nd I'm sure and would enjoy seeing anyone who wants to join.
That said, if Okla is having the weather they are having now and it's warm in Houston, I reserve the right to cancel at the last minute and stay here to play golf.

well mike it is oklahoma. I am writing this reply to the hum of a genorator and the crackle of the wood stove on my cell. For those of you snug in other states, i drove 60 miles before i found an open gas station with gas and never did find any desiel. It is creepy driving and seeing no lights in tulsa!
I am sitting here in Charlotte in record breaking darn near 80 degree weather...surrounded by holiday decorations and making a list of last minute gifts to buy. Something does not seem right!
You guys there in OK are in my thoughts and prayers tho. Hope no one suffers too badly.
Mike - I should also be in Tulsa the 22nd - 26th. Hollar at me if you do make it. I should be open the evening of the 22nd (weather pending) Eileen - same goes for you if you are in town. I looked for you at Wilhoites
Hey Eileen,
Alot of us around here got hit pretty hard by the ice storm. We were without power for 5 days. Brian Beck is still without power but I took my generator over to him on Thursday so he could get some central heat and lights/tv. I spent all day yesterday cutting trees/limbs and patchin the roof. Crazy times around here!

Indigo Joe's is fun for drinks, but smoking is outside only (yeah!). We can reserve almost any place for dinner.

Oh yeah,
I am sure Barb will go also. She is always up for fun with the high school friends. I do not doubt TJ will be there also, we will just have to call him and he will be there.

Okay, how does Friday, January 21st or Saturday, 22nd sound? I looked up Jeri' recommendation for Indigo Joe's in Tulsa and that sounds like fun.

THANKS TO KRISTI SHE CAUGHT THAT I HAD THE WRONG DATES(I HAD WEEKDAY NIGHTS INSTEAD OF WEEKEND NIGHTS). ANYWAY, THE ACTUAL DATES ARE FRIDAY, JANUARY 25TH OR SATURDAY, JANUARY 26TH.

It was a brutal 15 minute drive from work to Reliant. Actually would have been easier on me if we had traveled.
I mean, who wouldn't want to spend the holidays in a wonderful destination like Mobile or Birmingham Ala or Memphis Tenn?

Okay, final change... The weekend of the 25th is not actually going to work for me. It is my husband' BDay weekend. Lets plan on Saturday night, February 2nd at Indigo' Joes in Tulsa. Once I have a final headcount I will call for reservations. I was thinking about 8pm would be a good time to meet.

That would be great... Place, date and time will be: Indigo Joe's Sports Pub & Restaurant at 10438 South 86nd East Ave, Tulsa). I was thinking Saturday, February 2nd around 7pm or 8pm. Also, mention that we all can go dancing afterwards if anyone is interested.
