I saw this in the USA Today, and several other places, but didn't see anything in the Tulsa World or Oklahoman:

With no plans for an arena in Seattle, Bennett said Friday he will file with the NBA to relocate the Sonics to Oklahoma City. The move was expected since Bennett set an Oct. 31 deadline for having a plan for a new venue to replace KeyArena.
